Who we are
Cool Analytics (coolanalytics.dev) is run by Mohd Anas, based in India. In these terms, “we” means Cool Analytics and “you” means the person or business using it. Questions: [email protected].
The service
Cool Analytics measures visits to websites you own or manage, and can link payments from your payment provider to those visits. You add a small script to your site, and optionally connect a payment provider with an API key.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, and give a real email address.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Only add sites you own or have permission to measure.
Plans, trial and billing
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start it; you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- After the trial, your plan renews every month or year until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing section.
- Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They process your card, send receipts and handle sales tax or VAT. Their terms also apply to the payment itself.
- You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If your site goes over its monthly events, tracking keeps working. We may ask you to move to the plan that fits.

Fair use
Don't use Cool Analytics to:
- break the law, or measure visitors in a way the law of your country doesn't allow;
- try to identify individual visitors by name without their consent;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits;
- send fake traffic or payments to mislead anyone.
We may suspend accounts that do this. If it's not urgent, we'll email you first.
Your data
The analytics data from your sites belongs to you. We store it to run the service, never sell it, and never use it to advertise. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect.
You are responsible for telling your own visitors that you use analytics (for example in your privacy policy), and for any consent your local law requires.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Cool Analytics fast and online, but we can't promise it will never go down. We may improve or change features over time. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
Liability
Cool Analytics is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (like lost profits) caused by using it or not being able to use it, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, its data is deleted within 30 days (and from backups within 14 days after that).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there's a problem, please email us first — most things can be sorted out quickly.
